You will not find a better product or Company for this item. Their customer service is very responsive (less than 24 hours) and very helpful. I initially ordered the wrong color and they immediately processed my request to cancel so I could order for the correct color. The product is none other than superior. Our first and partial installation is now 8 years old. Upon extending the installation there is ZERO color difference. The entire fence line looks like the inserts were installed today. Do not hesitate if you're looking for privacy inserts. These are the absolute BEST. They also arrived quickly. Very happy customer!!!

I was looking for something to add some privacy and this fit the bill.Even though the color in product title was "green" the descriptions referenced "white". Luckily the product delivered was the product title color. Install was easy (which was good because there weren't any instructions). The slats are a little narrower than those shown in the picture so I didn't get quite as much privacy as expected. I ordered 2 packages. While the first set installed easily, the 2nd set had a slight curve which made it a little more difficult to install. Also, the top locking strap from one package was the same green as slats but the other package had more of a lime green locking strap so perhaps some additional quality control is needed. I installed on a somewhat uneven ground so in order to install the locking strap, I needed to trim a little from the bottom of the slats which was easy to do with regular scissors.

So glad I purchased. These are so easy to put in the fence and they give a little privacy too !!!!!!!!!!! Love It.....
