It actually does what it says, but cones smell bad
This backflow incense burner actually does work as advertised. The first time we lit it we didn't follow the instructions so it didn't flow downward. But I looked up backflow cone lighting instructions online and followed them and it worked like a charm! The 2 most important things are to blow on the tip of the cone once it's lit and smoking and to place it properly over the hole on the top of the burner. As you can see from the photo I attached it does work. The cones that come with it stink!! They smell like burnt wood. I also tried a different company and they're just slightly better. The cones only burn for maybe 15 minutes but the effects of the backflow are beautiful.

The media could not be loaded. I love the way it looks, the waterfall part I wish the bottom part would be visible instead of looping behind out of sight before it comes out into the "lake", but that's a small quibble. The cones that come with it just toss in the trash, they smell like your house is on fire, get some good ones from elsewhere.

The media could not be loaded. This thing work’s amazingly well. I purchased different incense cones as I read these don’t smell/work so great. This is a great showpiece or makes a perfect gift.

Beautiful
I love this! It works beautifully. The smoke really looks like flowing water. The cones that come with it are meh. I use the HEM frankincense cones and they work well. Serious, I’m watching it right now and the smoke is like a waterfall. I highly recommend it.

Great product - bad cones
This is a great back flow incense burner and works exactly as you see in the pictures and videos. However I would recommend that you buy separate premium back flow incense cones. The ones that come with this smell more like an ash tray than incense. The experience is much better with higher quality cones.

Very pretty
I saw negative reviews on this but I haven't had any issues. Only when my AC first kicks on lol. Kind of blows it a little bit but it works fine. The only issue is there isn't really a hole for the sticks but I'm gonna drill a small one. No big deal. It's not too big or too small. I love it.
