I would even say that this heals mouth sores (in some cases) overnight. No it doesn't taste great but the flavor is tolerable. Yes it burns when you have a lot of sores in your mouth but promptly stops and really relieves pain within seconds of use. One of the many side effects of medications can be mouth sores and my kids drink too much soda which can also result in mouth sores! My son swears by this stuff and claims his mouth sores disappeared the next morning after using this before bed. It's excellent stuff! Worth the price!

This is an absolutely amazing product! I have suffered from periodic canker sores for years now. My go-to "cure" has always been salt water, but that method just doesn't cut it. The Orajel mouthwash instantly numbs my canker sores after the first use, and I can expect them to be fully healed within 24 hours if applied when applied at the first sign of the sore. Pros: -Numbs sores instantly -Cures sores between 24-48 hours -Doesn't numb tongue (No weird tingly sensation) Cons: -Odd taste (Likely because of hydrogen peroxide) -Leaves blue residue on tongue/in mouth I usually rinse my mouth with water after using this to remove the blue remnants after use. Overall a great solution for canker sores!

I bought a bottle of this for my sister in the states while on a holiday. She uses a LOT of orajel in the tube for mouth pain. This worked so much better and seemed to help the pain for longer. Could not find a place to buy it locally in Canada, so was glad to find it on Amazon,
