Incredibly helpful!
I have always had a hard time losing weight. A couple of months ago started to get more and more inspired by my friends who had already reaped the benefits from eating healthy food and regularly going to the gym. I decided I was going to give the gym another chance, so I signed up. I knew exercize alone wasn't going to keep me motivated so I did some research and found this book. After having cooked at least half of dishes in this book I am starting to get hooked. They are so good that I don't even miss my old diet anymore. Moreover, I am starting to lose weight and I have more energy. I have learned alot in this book and therefore I highly recommend it.

Very helpful and suits my appetite!
I have heard a lot of different kind and ways when it comes to diet as most people are being more health and body conscious already. But sometimes we are not knowledgeable enough and we don’t follow guidelines that will keep us on track. Before I put myself into diet I want to take some research and be knowledgeable on what kind of diet I would observe and I find Ketogenic diet fits for me as I really need to lower my carbs intake. I discover new delicious recipes, meals and desserts on this book that I would definitely prepare and be on my meal plan. I am able to distinguish the foods under this kind of diet.

I have been thinking about starting a diet that is easy to stick with. But I must admit that the reason why I want to lose weight is to have a perfect bikini body. However, this book helped me realize the right purpose to losing weight! And it is to have a healthy body and maintain a healthy lifestyle! That is very true! Having a healthy lifestyle is the best benefit we can get out of every effort to maintain a diet. And having a sexy body is just a pleasurable side effect! This book had helped me have the right mind set! With this book, I am now ready to have a healthy lifestyle where a sexy comes next to it!

This book has good recipes but it is inconsistent
This book has good recipes but it is inconsistent: Some recipes do not include how many servings are in the recipe and others do not include the nutritional information for tracking your macros. I suppose if you are in maintenance and don't plan to track or pay attention to those details when planning meals, then it would not be a problem. However, if you are trying to plan and track your food, it can present a challenge to use many of the recipes from this book. I would not get that much to return the book, so I am going to keep it and use when I hit my goals and don't need to pay attention to macros as religiously.

Dont be fooled by fake reviews
I would like to start off by saying I did NOT get this book for free and this is a real and unpaid review. This book is crap. The information is vague and incomplete. I learned more about this diet from 5 min on Google. However, I bought this book in hopes of a good meal plan and easy recipes. Disappointed to say the least. I tried several of the meals and they are not very good. Also the nutritional information is absent from several recipes and some of the meals contain all your carbs for the whole day in one serving. Overall there is a reason this ebook that was printed and poorly edited is one of the cheaper books. Save your money and get something else. If you look closely most of the 4-5 star reviews got this book free for their review, what a sham program.

I know there is a school of thought that the content is more important than the writing, but I don't subscribe to it. The grammatical errors drove me buggy.Grammar aside, the recipes seem good, but there was no information on how many servings each recipe made. I was concerned that some of them actually exceeded the total number of carbs for the day in a single meal.All that aside, I got some great ideas for a low cost ($2.99). Had I paid more, I'd have been very unhappy. That's why I gave it a 3 star, not a 2 star rating.

I am a firm believer when it comes to eating healthy and sticking to a healthy diet routine. This book is so educational and helpful in so many ways that it will help the reader pave a new road towards losing weight and living a happier and healthier. This book has taught me that a low-carb high fat diet has amazing health benefits and can even help you lose fat. I have also learned that with the ketogenic diet, your body will shift into a metabolic state that burns fat instead of glucose, therefore allowing you to shed weight. This book is a must read and buy, thank you and god bless.

A great book you can learn something about how to lose weight and also having a healthy lifestyle
I like this book It really helps me a lot to make a nutritious food for my family and also to lose weight and have a healthy life. The more important is, it gives me a lots of idea to make my own nutritious meal plan from breakfast up to dinner. The ketogenic food list is the most part of the book I’ve like, I'm grateful to having this book. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to lose their weight and to have a healthy body and a healthy family. Hugs to the author and thank you.

Surprising way to luse weight
this is something new, i have never heard before of such type of diet, where we increase our fat consumption to luse weight, surprising, i have very busy schedule, even though iam lean but still i will try this new thing. i will check what happens to the energy and muscleslets see how it works, anybody tried this diet
