Shoe Sole Repair Rubber Soling Sheet, Non-Slip Shoe Pads Replacement for Bottom of Shoes (White)

5 months on and the tread is just starting to wear down. As you would expect the edges are now flat but the center 80% still has tread left and there is no noticable degradation of the material. I wear the shoes they are on every day. Strong material but still very much rubbery and flexible, surprising lack of wear.Take the extra time to do a really good glue job and actually follow the directions for your choosen adhesive, all my issues were inexperienced application.

Good non-skid surface. Am getting good service using the material to resole Haflinger slippersthat are worn indoors. Very thin product that may not withstand outdoor use.

Pretty good traction and durable material. Not the most flexible though. I wanted to use it for foam shoes so I had to cut it up to keep the flexibility of the shoes.

I have a pair of hiking sandals that I really love, but the tread has pretty much worn off. I did not want to junk them because other than the wear, they were otherwise in excellent shape, especially considering the use I put them through. I decided I wanted to try to retread them and found this product, along with the "Shoe-Fix Glue". When this product along with the glue finally arrived on my door step, I went and did the retreading work on those sandals. Just yesterday, I took them out on a good muddy 6 1/2 mile hike along the river and this stuff worked! The glue held fast and this material added the much needed traction back, especially as muddy the trails were. Did not slip once, as I was skeptical since the traction on this material did not seem as aggressive as the original treading on the sandals were! Not only that, but this material really held up well and did not show any signs of initial wear. Will be interesting to see how it holds up over the course of the spring and summer. Either case, there are at least two more pairs of shoes I want to retread that are otherwise in excellent shape, so I ended up ordering three more sheets of this and another bottle of the "Shoe-Fix Glue".

I have big feet and only one pair of booties fit into my kayak. Problem is they have thin soles and that is tough on shore and rocky beaches. So I got this to glue onto the bottom of the shoes for more protection. Super improvement, love it. Easy to cut and glue. A simple solution to problem. I think I may need to eventually do some remedial glueing since they get a lot of use and water but that is no big deal. Feet are happy.

The quality is pretty good. Its good on cement floor. However it's very slippery on the wet floor or kitchen floor.

Have a pair of all leather moccasins and I walk on hardwood floors and it wears out the soles in no time. I first purchased crepe and tried to apply this to the bottoms, but it would not hold and kept coming loose. I removed the crepe soles and scraped all the glue off with a wire brush and then applied soles using this rubber material and they work perfectly. Keep me from slipping on the hardwood floors and save the soles of my moccasins and they stayed glued; I used contact cement.

I glued and trimmed this non-slip pad onto the bottom of my shoes. It stuck fine, we used the correct adhesive, doesn't come with product. it actually made my shoes more slippery than without it. my opinion is dont put it on your shoes. I cannot wear these shoes without finding another non slip material to put over the non slip i purchased. sad.

The rubber is easy to cut.

Looks and feels great. Grip on dry clean floor is what you expect but as soon as you have a little water embrace for impact it's like walking on soap on ice

Material expands and misshapes when used with shoe goo. Grip is improved but longevity of the fix will be reduced.

Would not stick to the glue. Smells very bad.
