New formula sucks
I’ve used this eyeliner for years but they changed the formula and it’s a lighter color than it used to be and it leaves a stamp of itself on your eyelid

I have usd Mary Kay eye liner pencils for years, but the last two that I bought were brittle and dry. I wonder if they just got inadvertantly left behind in a stock box, or if something has changed in the process of making them.
