Every time I track my micronutrients I always come low in vitamin Esp I figured I'd try a supplement. The vitamin K2 is a nice bonus and its in the form of MK-7 which is the most bioavailable.My issue with this particular supplement is that is contains a very high amount of E (Over 800% of the rda) and only 50 mcg of the vitamin K2 which is 50%. I prefer to take 100 mcg of K per day but there's no way I can take two of these per day due to the high amounts of E.If this isn't an issue for you then this is a high quality supplement of two nutrients that are hard to vet in most peoples diet.

Appreciate products that I can purchase knowing the quality is high and ingredient pure.

..so winter time we take a 5000 D3.....and then in summer bc we have 🌞Exposure, we drop to a lower, like 2 or 3000....SO WHATS THAT GOT TO DO W THIS?Well since we've taken k2 for years now( its what sends calcium to bones n teeth and not soft tissue)..It was nice that so many Ds came with k2....however, thanks to Rona, now its next to impossible to get a k2 with a lower D combo ( in fact, now are jacked to 10, 000...toooo much)..so i had to get a stand aloneK2.. but then i saw this has the"E" smorgasbord as i like to call it....and our current is almost out..Perfect timing!🇺🇸 product of USAI LIKE THE E BLEND of E in particularI DO PREFER K2 TO BE mk4 and mk7, but this will doPricing is upper end of avg for the mixWell sealed in a bit oversized bottle🐈🐈🐈🐈

As far as I can tell I think this is a very good vitamin K2 and E complex. The vitamin E is in good forms and should be easily utilized by the body. K2 is excellent for calcium absorption where needed by the body. The gelcaps are small and easy to swallow and I love that the recommended dosage is only 1 gelcap/day.

There a variety of forms of Vit E's in this product.> Natural Vit E = is known labeled in various ways = d-alpha tocopheral = d-alpha tocopheryl acetate =d-alpha tocopheryl succinate. >>> alpha tocopheryl is the most active biological form.(and others)> Synthetic Vit E = forms are labeled with a dl prefix.Both natural and synthetic tocopherols are subject to oxidation, and so in dietary supplementsthey're esterified creating tocophphe tocopheryl acetate for stability purposesThere's a decent dose of Vit K2 (mk7) - it's known to be a superior form of k2 whichbreaks down calcium and activates protein that helps it bind to bone.It's sorta a shame they lessened a perfect product with a gelatin (Bovine) capsule.

I take K2 regularly because I believe it helps with dental & bone health. Often it’s combined with D3 but in this case, it’s combined with a vitamin E complex which is a unique approach. Apparently E is an important cofactor to vitamin K. For me the main thing is I like both these vitamins and oftentimes when I’ve gotten K2 with D3, the D3 amounts are too high so I usually take D3 separately, if at all, in any case.The football shaped gel caps are medium sized and pretty easy to take. So far I am happy with these and like having the E complex along with the MK-7 form of K2 all of which appears to be high quality. These are now my preferred K2 choice.

Jigsaw Health - Vitamin K2 + E ComplexLike all vitamins, it takes a long time to notice if anything is improving. So far I’ve had no bad reactions and that’s a good thing. You can notice an allergic reaction quickly, so far so good. This helps with vitamin D absorption and I have an issue with that so I’m happy with all the help I can get. I’m happy so far and look forward to a healthier me.
