George's Secret Key Complete Hardcover Collection: George's Secret Key to the Universe; George's Cosmic Treasure Hunt; George and the Big Bang; George ... the Blue Moon; George and the Ship of Time

The book was great but it has some problems with the "George and the Blue Moon" series.Pages are shifted from 146->211, 206->143, 204->141, 134->199.I tried to purchase twice to get the proper book but they are having the same issue.If the seller sees this review, please help me to get the proper book.

El set que recibí traía 2 libros repetidos 😓*Actualización: hice la devolución y el proceso fue muy rápido. Después de leer las reseñas decidimos invertir un poco más en el set de pasta dura. La transacción fue hecha con un tercero. Lo único es que nunca me mandaron una guía para rastrear el pedido. De ahí en fuera todo muy bien.Mi peque de 10 años está empezando a leer esta serie. Lleva apenas algunos días pero le ha gustado. Está entretenido y fácil de entender. Haré la actualización en algunos meses, cuando vaya mas avanzado en el libro.

My 9 year old daughter read the all since Christmas - be prepared for your child to stay up through the night reading :) They are really good. Each morning she comes to my office and slams a book on my table - "Done. Now you read it."Now she wants to become an astronaut :)I can't confirm the other reviewers saying the images are black and white - our (hard cover) version came with beautiful color pictures.

The story is superb, and got my children VERY excited about science. HOWEVER, it was disappointing that this version of the book printed everything in black and white, including the space pictures. I recommend buying this paperback version instead, that has colored space pictures: https://www.amazon.com/Georges-Secret-Universe-Stephen-Hawking/dp/1416985840/, the price is about the same, but you have to buy one buy one. It's so much worthwhile because the text would refer to colored details in the space pictures.

big fan of this books serie... already had some of these books in papercover English and Spanish.Pros:The cover design is great and the material tooThe inside animation /cartoons are really niceThe narration style and topics are so easy to understand... it is a fun way to learnCons:the material of the pages is not so good quality the most of books do not include real pictures of space... there are just black printedOthers...The shipment was sooooo fast 2 days (US to Mexico) and it was properly packedI highly recommend it

Fun adventures that incorporate accurate science along with fantasy. All the books are interspersed with scientific data on various astronomical and physics phenomena. Make a good point about climate change as well.
