For those of us who are open to natural, safe and effective alternative methods to control anything that would affect our beloved animals in a negative manner, this would be one of those very endorsable products. We've been using Black Walnut Hulls for years to prevent Heart worm. For us, traditional heart worm medicine is a toxic drink because it contains a chemical insecticide. The chemicals are capable of causing disease. The dosage is much smaller than the actual treatment, but when it's administered month after month, the toxic side-effects become a serious health risk. Black Walnut Hulls is a great nutrition booster helping metabolism and keeping the animal less desirable by parasites [fleas, ticks, and mosquitoes]. We combine this program with Artemisia Combination which is used like a monthly de-wormer, with HSII which is used to keep the heart strong. It can be given every few days or at least once a week. We have been using this regiment for the past ten years with every dog we've ever befriended. For us, this product from Nature's Way has worked for us, and has received Vet approval (and convincing) over the years. We each have to find what's best for our dogs - this has worked for our furry friends, and not once, has it disappointed.

I've been taking this in combination with Wormwood pills and diatomaceous earth with applesauce. I think it's helped with my pinworm problem. Good price and seemingly effective. Go for it if you're having this problem.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT!I take this EVERY Spring (I take this with Wormwood and Cloves), BUT it is a process (meaning, I do NOT eat ANY SWEETS, BREAD, Rice, Chicken, Lamb, Turkey, NO GRAVIES. I substitute this with Quinoa or Couscous, Olive Oil, Coconut Oil).Michele (NYC)

I purchased this product to help clean my system. It did just that. I feel much better now that I've been taking it. Some people claim that it makes them sick, but I haven't encountered any of those issues.
