Timely as the current trajectory individually and at scale is not sustainable. The kick in the pants I needed.Too much refined sugar... not good for anyone or our systems of living well.

Sugar Crush is an absolute must read!! Dr. Jacoby has impacted my health, my chronic pain and my life in significant, positive ways. After almost 3 years of chronic inflammation in my forearms: bilateral tendinitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis and golfer's elbow, I sought the journey of natural help to heal. Eliminating all forms of sugar and toxic carbohydrates, essentially all of them, has brought me incredible relief!!! The chronic pain, stiffness, edema of my fingers, numbness and tingling are gone!!!! I am on day 50 and will continue with my toxic carbohydrate and sugars free eating for the rest of my days!!

Awesome book
I read this book and I realized that I am looking into all these problems related to metabolic syndrome due to sugar consumption. Same day, I quit ALL sugar. It has been 3 months, and I feel awesome. Vielen Dank, Dr. Jacoby!

An easy read that really drives the point home
Concise and to the point. An easy read that really drives the point home: sugar is toxic and our conventional wisdom about diet needs to be thrown out the window and replaced with this more insightful approach. Very rarely do you read a book that has such a positive impact on your daily routine. This book was definitely one of them.
