If lug-to-lug you mean the watch thickness it is about 16mm thick.If you mean the length of the bracelet it is around 200mm.If you mean something different, let me know and I will measure.

Do you know how we would get the watch sized? does this come with self-adjusting instructions? also, how can we confirm tag authenticity?

If you consider your wrist average in terms of size, the Tag wld fit you pretty well. It comes with enough band lenght. You can not adjust the tag on your own. You actually need a real jeweller to remove links if you have to shortened the strap. A regular watch repair shop would not be able to handle it. The first thing you would not about the Tag by way of authenticity is its weigh. It's heavy, and if you hold it tightly in your fist and shake it vigorously yyou would feel the gears inside vibrate and spin. I got mind from aamazon and it great. The jeweller in London who removed 2 links for me confirmed it was authentic. H

Is it brushed or shinny?

Bezel, hands and markers are definitely shinny like a mirror. Bracelet is shinny but less so.

Does this watch come from an authorized Tag Heuer reseller?

I don't believe it is an authorized TAG dealer, but I took mine to a TAG Heuer Shop in Houston and they said it is the real deal.
