Please note: this version of Oat Bran Flakes is discontinued and I have been getting the newer version with the same likes and dislikes.I love this cereal. It has fewer added ingredients than the mainstream cereals which I can't eat due to food sensitivities. It is fruit juice sweetened, which I think the manufacturers could leave out but it may also make it more pallatable? I could compare it to shredded wheat, which does not add sweeteners and is just fine for me. I have read others opinions on this cereal, and am not sure of their lifestyles and how they made their determinations.One gripe, if you can call it that, is the manufactures measurements of a portion is not the same as my measurements, so I come up with less servings per box than they do.It is expensive but not much more than the mainstream cereals and I consider that it is organic versus the non organic to be a greater value.

Great flavor...but you might not get the entire order....(They advertised a box of 12, but I only received SIX). It's not worth the money....AMAZON: since you have taken personal responsibility for fulfillment of this order, I respectfully request...NO....I EXPECT you to send me the other half of my order ASAP. Thank you.

good tasting gluten free cereal

Great taste for a cereal flake made with oat bran! I really like them. Just slightly sweet. The boxes contain a little less cereal than I had expected. Not a bad price though for the number of boxes.

Also not mentioned on the Arrowhead Mills Oat Bran Cereal page is that it's not returnable. I like the cereal. I just don't appreciate being lied to about the quantity. 6 boxes for $77 is a RIP OFF, even if it is organic.UPDATE: I notified Amazon customer service that I was shorted 1/2 of the order and they refunded me the total amount, including the 6 boxes I received.

Because the flakes are so thin, they quickly get soggy in the soy or almond milk I use. This is easily remedied by filling my cereal bowl with small portions and eating 2-3 bowls instead of one big one as is my usual practice. But the other problem is that when you get to the bottom of the bag, there is a cup or more of cereal 'dust', that I don't care to eat. I strain the last couple of cups through a colander and then chuck the dust. This is a waste, but unavoidable unless you like eating pablum.If the maker redesigns the flakes so they're thicker, then I might buy it again, else, I won't.

I love this cereal, but it is a little pricey. But there is nothing I can find on the market that comes close to the flavor and quality
