Can it be washed in the washing machine?

Our Activity Mat is easy to wash. Just follow the instructions below: Fasten the three attachment loops on the corners of the mat to prevent any snags. Remove any cards from the Learn to Focus Zone. Launder the mat on a cold water cycle and air dry for best results. The crinkle teether fabric and Montessori ball can also go in the washer, and we do recommend that those be air dried. The wooden legs and any other hard surfaces can be wiped down with a damp rag, or can be hand washed using a mild soap and non-abrasive cloth.

Is it thick enough to have tummy time on it?

It’s not the most padded play mat so maybe depends what surface your floor is but I used it for tummy time a lot.

Does this fold up for storage?

Absolutely, the legs disconnect from the connector in seconds and can be laid inside the mat and rolled up for storage. For long-term storage, we recommend saving the box.
