Mizuno Men Wave Rider 23 Waveknit Running Shoe, Campanula-Vapor Blue, 12 D

Coming from years of running only in asics, I find these shoes amazing! My advice is to choose the size based on cm rather than any other scale, my 28.5cm is an asics euro 45, while the same 28.5cm is a mizuno euro 44 size. Anyway, using the cm worked for me as the size I ordered fits perfectly.Great running shoe overall

Very good fit feels good and very comfortable. Tested a couple of times and happy with comfort and support during runs. Currently running between 5 and 10k over 5 days and comfort and support important for me.

Second time around buying this model. Switched to Mizuno 10 years ago never looked back. I get about 400 miles out of each pair.

Have purchased Muzuno running shoes for many years. Used for everyday pavement/long distance road walking. Very comfortable (wide fitting), light and airy.

Dopo 3 anni di brooks glycerin 14 ho deciso di cambiare totalmente e passare a Mizuno. Ho scelto la Wave Rider 23 sia per il costo contenuto e sia per il fatto che, causa infiammazione al tendine rotuleo, ero alla ricerca di una scarpa più ammortizzata. Ieri ho provato le scarpe in un mezzofondo di 9km e sono rimasto soddisfattissimo. L'ammortizzazione è eccellente. Con un drop di 12mm (2 in più rispetto alla glycerin 14), la maggior parte dei materiali ammortizzanti è stato posizionato nella parte posteriore e pertanto il risultato sarà una corsa ammortizzata e scattante nella zona del tallone e il piede ben fermo, con un buon grip nella parte davanti. Sono davvero soddisfatto.
