Q: can i wire 4 of these at 2 ohms? if so how?

No. You can get to 1 ohm or 4 ohms. There are a couple more combinations but they are more than 4 ohms.

Q: Is they real 800 rms?

I sold mine and bought alpines my 2 alpine 10"s blew these away plus these subs are easily damg if bumbed or handled wrong hope this helps but just my opinion

Q: Will a 3000 watt boss audio amp be too much for one of these?

Depends on how you get the subs hooked up;series or not. But I think it will handle fine.
