How would you suggest to wash the leash?

What is the mountain climbing rope used in this leash made out of?

I believe it is a nylon of sorts. Very strong and well made.

Does it choke the dog , can they wiggle out of it? I have a stubborn havanese poodle mix 25 lbs.

There is a leather tab on it and you can adjust how tight it can be on your dogs neck. I’m sure they will not be able to wiggle out of it.

Will this hold up to a chewing puppy?

I have a Bernese Mountain Dog puppy and though she chewed off the little leather piece after 2 months the rest of the leash looks awesome! Easy to clean and holds up terrifically!
