Although we did not purchase the product through Amazon.com, we did look here, as well as Costco, and Almost Heaven's website. From start to finish in getting the install done, the Almost Heaven team was amazing in setting up for shipping, and for incredibly quick delivery. Plus when we noticed items missing or in one case the thermometer not working, they were extremely efficient sending out a new one.My wife is the big sauna user, and she just loves it. Comes in perfect after a run and she will go use the sauna for a quick trip for 10 minutes before relaxing outside and then making her way for the rest of the day. Once in a while I'll join her too and enjoy the feel of it.Just great constructed product, easy to put together!
