My children and I love these books! They are a great tool for children and parents to learn together about what it means to be human. There are alot of helpful reminders in these books that make each and every one of us who reads them feel heard because they touch on the feelings inside all of us. I recommend these books to any family who is looking to integrate mindfulness into their lives. They also include guided meditations in the back of the book which are helpful for both children and adults. Overall, these books make great tools for any parent looking to cultivate more loving awareness into their relationships!

Such great books! My 4 year enjoys them and it’s a good guide to talk about new topics, such as friendship, kindness, race, skin color and talking care of yourself!

These books are not just for children. Their messages are for everyone and very applicable to current challenges in our world.
