poor customer service from pro smart very slow to responed and ket asking for order number after i had provided it. pro smart replyed when it was conveneant for them stay clear of this chineese company how make poor quality product and charge a high price

My wife has always had cold hands, she's tried quite a few different things to keep her warm, but these gloves are the best! Totally recommended!

Good in freezing conditions
Only used once in freezing conditions & certainly kept my hands warm. Battery life seems good but only had them turned on for 2 hours.

Rubbish!! batteries didn't fit not as advertised.
Don't bother battries do not fit properly,sent back and got a refund.
