I had read several poor reviews for this product but overall seemed like a good deal. After getting the diffuser and trying it out I was glad I decided to go ahead and get one and have since ordered more for different rooms.Addressing some of the poor reviews:If the level goes below a specific volume it will shut off. You can push the button how ever many times you want, unplug it and plug it back in, and it still won't come back on. Refill it and it starts back again. And yes I did go through all of that to figure it out myself.No the tiller won't start without gas and the diffuser won't work without the proper volume of fluid either.

I was actually keeping my standards low for this little diffuser and didn't expect it to be that great. HOWEVER, it surprised me! It actually works so great and for a very long time. I love being able to change the color to whatever I'm feeling but I usually keep it on the teal blue color cause it's pretty and calming. I also love how small it is so it doesn't take up much space at all. I brought it into my class to sit by my desk while I worked and it worked for HOURS. I would definitely buy this again if I needed another small diffuser.

The media could not be loaded.  If you're looking for anything beyond having a little desktop diffuser; you need to look elsewhere. Cute and functional is pretty much what can be said about this. The light changing stuff is worthless and doesn't work well but the diffuser part of it is pretty much worth it. I just wanted it something small and easy to use; this is pretty much plug in, fill up and turn on. No fuss, no muss. (Note: the moving water messed with the lightning in the photo and the video and not an indication of the actual light itself. It's a solid light.)

I, like a few others, thought it was defective because when I pressed the power button it lit up but nothing came out. To start diffusing you must hold the button down for a few seconds. Then use short presses on the button to cycle through the colors.Small size and USB connection make it great for traveling. I’ve had it a few weeks and it’s still working. When water is low or if it is on a surface that isn’t level (the water sensor becomes exposed to the air) the light may flicker intermittently as opposed to it completely shutting off.If you want something for a large area, or to diffuse for long periods of time without refilling this is not the one for you. But for a hotel room, RV, or to use on the go I think it’s perfect.

It think I got a defective product. It only worked 2 times. Now it won't stay on for longer than 8 seconds at a time and it doesn't even diffuse. The light turns on and you can hear the machine working, but it shuts off after a few seconds. Then turns back on again after a few more seconds and keeps doing this over and over until I unplug it. Unfortunately I didn't start using it until after the Amazon 30 day return deadline, otherwise I would definitely return it. I saw videos in the reviews of other people with the same issue I had, so it might be a common defect in the product. I read it has a 12 month guarantee, but I can't figure out how to contact the company to get a replacement.

The light is great and works well, but it just is an underperformer in every over aspect

I use this at my work desk. It is pretty and last a long time. I feels the room with oil so gracefully.

This little thing goes for hours. When it finally arrived, I filled it, added my oils, and turned it on at 9am. It went all day until I left at 5 and there was still water in it's little chamber. The space I work in is about 21ft x 22ft and the scent filled the entire room including a few down the hallway outside. My office mates love it, definitely worth purchasing!

This diffuser is so cute! I wanted a smaller one for my nightstand. Doesn't hold much water, but still lasts quite a while. It turns off automatically when it runs out of water, which is nice for bedtime. The colours are nice too and all you have to do is tap the top twice to change the colour. I half thought that this was chargeable (because of USB), but it’s not (which is fine). It also throws scent out pretty decently.
