I really love the taste this brings! I mostly use on baked chicken or stewed chicken. Can also be used on other meats. I love the blend and smell it produces. Great price for the size. I taste no salt when using. I will be buying this again. It's one of those seasonings where you don't need to add much else

Definitely give this one a try if you're trying to reduce or eliminate salt. It's cheap, it's good on veggies and it's not made up of big, dry, crunchy pieces of dried veggies that just sit on top of your food. I gave it 4 stars because I found the flavor kind of 'meh', not knock-your-socks-off great. But I find that to be the case for anything salt-free.The only other issue is that this has orange peel as an ingredient, and you can taste that a little. What this means is that it tastes good on plain veggies, fish, and rice, or anything made with chicken stock or a cream-style sauce, but it doesn't work as well in anything that's based on a tomato sauce - like in a Minestrone soup or a lasagna. So, just be aware of that.

So after going to my last doctors visit, my doctor confirmed I was pre diabetic so told me to stick to a low or no salt diet and working out. I did my research on the best non salt seasonings and came across this and ordered it. I love it. I love the garlic herb taste without all that salt from other seasonings.
