These oars are the best. My rowing enjoyment has improved greatly replacing my wooden oars with these featherweights.

For the rowing shell that I own I have to position my hands just right to really get the best use from them.
Used these just this season, light weight and a robust product - these are recreational which is a matter of definition, but my only slightly negative comment is they are not adjustable (yes, it clearly states this in the description). So for the rowing shell that I own I have to position my hands 'just right' and not in an ideal position to really get the best use from these oars. I have super long arms making this length actually too long for my boat's rig. If you have 'normal' reach I'd think you would not notice this irritation. For a lot more money - you can purchase a higher end adjustable product, but as an aging rower, I'm not sure it is worth the two-hundred plus dollar increase in cost.If you are really using a 'Fine Boat' for serious racing as they say in those competitive circles - you have already likely spent 5 to 10 thousand dollars on the shell and rig, so spending ~500 is likely not going to make you flinch too much....all in all, a very good product.

A fine product
I've used these for 8 years of recreational rowing in a drop in rig. They're very light and strong. I don't baby them and they've held up very well. A really good product at a very competitive price.
