I love this Monitor! All I Play is DayZ Standalone and Rotmg and I went from playing on a 50 inch 720p TV to This Peice of Hardware! After looking into TONS of Monitors i accidentally stumbled on this one! The ASUS Tuf Gaming Monitor, The name itself packed its own punch and had me wanting to learn more. AMD Freesync, dynamic Game Visual modes so you can find the right screen setting for any game, 1ms response time, 165hz for a maximum of 165FPS. I Ordered it and awaited it's arrival. About 3 days later it arrived It took about 10-15 minutes to unbox and put together, the stand connected to it is Very sturdy and well made, its what I hold onto when moving the monitor around. The screw that holds the Foot of the stand into place can loosen up on its own and you might need to re tighten it after moving it a few times, no issue for me. Looks good, time to test it out. WOW, okay I've been writing this review since I started using this thing and it's been a little over a month I think. It blew all my expectations out of the water, The first Game I booted up on this monotor was DayZ Standalone on the Ps4 and PC (I wanted to see both of them through the monitor) immediately I saw a MASSIVE difference in quality of pretty much everything about the game, it was alot more smooth, clear, HD, Bright. I could literally see characters sitting in bushes from MILES Away! Spotting people and items became way easier, I almost feel like it made me better at PVP but maybe it's just the added confidence. I LOVE THIS MONITOR. i suggest picking one up before they realize they should Price these things up!!! Only true downside is that the monitor will adjust its own brightness depending on how bright or dark whatever is displayed on screen. It's barely noticeable unless your switching tabs around.

Got this for my son as a second monitor. Asus never disappoints. Easy setup. Clear and gorgeous picture. Perfect for gaming with a fantastic refresh rate. He loves it.

Love the quality i get with this monitor , i use it on my PC and ps5 and it is great , definitely recommend for any gamers!

ITS PERFECT IT HAS NO DEAD PIXELS IDK WHY THE REVIEWS SAY IT DOES AND THE SCREEN DOESNT FLICKER

The display is generally good, but the colors were a bit weird and took a lot of adjustment both with the monitor's own adjusters and with Nvidia's digital adjustments to get it to look good. For some odd reason it made yellows really strong which made things kind of ugly. ASCR is terrible because doubles down on darkness to the point of black screen when it's on a dark scene, so make sure you turn that off. The vividpixel adjuster is nice though.

I bought one of these a few weeks ago, had it the next day with prime. I really liked it everything looked very good and ran smooth on it. I decided to order a second one for a pair, this time I wasnt able to get it next day only had to wait 3 days, but it showed up with the screen shattered and the front of the box was dented like something heavy was thrown on top of it. Now I am waiting another week for one.

Bought this for my first build, I haven’t gotten all my parts in yet but I was able to hook this monitor up to my husband’s PC and test it out. No dead pixels or shadow clouding, and we used FEAR to test out the frame rate from 60hz up to 165hz and it runs great. I will probably update this review in a couple months to a years time (if I remember) to see how it’s going then and if it’s held up. My husband has had his ASUS monitor for 10 years now, and he has yet to experience a dead pixel, so I’m hopeful for this monitor.

This monitor is a perfect budget pick for a casual player playing competitive shooters like VALORANT or CS:GO. It has a high enough refresh at 165hz where you start to feel less difference when getting even higher refresh rate monitors. The IPS panel has great viewing angles compared to the VN versions. The speakers are a bit quiet, but usable. I would recommend this to any gamer on a tight budget looking for a quality IPS 144hz+ monitor.
