This Budget Book is a good idea but some of the boxes too small. Instructions on how to use writing is so small needed magnifier to enlarge even with reading glasses on, and my eye sight pretty good. I think Clever Fox should market a large version as 19.5x13.5cm is too small.

This book is brilliant. I normally use an exercise book to track my expenses but it wasnt working as I was simply doing just that and it didnt help me reduce my spending. Since having this book (this is my second month using it) I've been able to track my expenses, see where I'm spending unnecessarily and set goals and budgets for myself. It was quite a shock the first month to see how much of my pay check was dwindling away! Bare in mind I've been "tracking" my expenses since March. Before purchasing the book I was worried that it looked small however it's actually the perfect size. Also, a tip for newbies like myself - use a pencil! I'm so happy I did as I had to erase quite a bit especially as it took me awhile to figure out how to categorise certain expenses. Another "tip" that works for me is rather than listing my purchases by month, as I get paid a few days before the end of the month I find it helpful to track expenses for examlle July/August and August/September. This just works better for me so I can start tracking soon as I'm paid. This may not work for everyone but thought I'd share.The seller is also lovely. I appreciate them sending an email to check that I was happy with the purchase.I really wouldn't hesitate on buying this product if you're keen to start managing your finances and saving.

I got this product because I just wanted to get better at budgeting for 2021. An odd time to buy just before Christmas but it's better to get a handle now than put things off. Everything is laid out really well. I can already see one habit I have. I can lay out all my monthly bills. Keep track of all expenses. I have laid out all the presents I have for the year and not end up the week before the birthday panicking because I forgot. Also its helpful for me setting a saving target. When this is finished I will be buying it again next year

Good book to journal monthly costs and expenses

Wow! This financial planner is amazing. I have never been so in control of my money. I’ve been using it for 2 months now and for once know exactly what is going in and out of my accounts and I am now able to see where I can make some savings. This planner will last me a year and I’ll definitely be buying it again every year following

I really love it ... ideal size so I can take it out and about ... well made ... quality paper ... well put together and set out just how I wanted my money journal to be .... fab for keeping me on track ...Will most defo re order when time comes Thank you
