I have a C480FW that uses the 404 products, and when I initially installed the toner cartridges, they didn't seem to line up with the contacts and the printer couldn't recognize them. After much fiddling, I discovered that you can slide the contacts on the toner cartridge across, and then they aligned properly... and hey presto, it was recognized.

I ordered the pack a long time ago and changed the toners one by one. It was all good until I finally changed the black toner. Cartridge is not compatible (CLT K404S), the printer does not recognize it so totally useless.3 stars as all the other toners (except black) were good quality.

I was hesitant to buy this at first. However, the quality seems to be very good and I have had no issues.

I have been using these for a while on my C480W. The ink quality is pretty decent, of course original ink will always be better. However, for this price point there's not much to complaint.

The product did not work and the seller was not ready to cooperate as per the return policy. So please be careful while choosing such products.
