I love the elastic on the sleeves! I always buy jackets larger for children so they can use the for more than 1 season. The elastic allows me to "cuff" the sleeves until he grows into them.

Perfect for any day
It’s soft, the size was perfect. My baby is 13 months so I went with 12/18. I will be purchasing more colors. It’s not too thick but a good enough material for California weather. The hood is super cute with the ears. Honestly a great purchase. My baby wears this all the time.
