Apple apple apple. Great flavor. Easy to mix. Fun color. I water mine down pretty heavily, throw some extra unflavored BCAAs and maybe a tiny bit if electrolytes and still get a good enough taste. Gives me solid energy to propel through my 6am workouts at the gym and to finish out my teaching day at 4pm.

Great taste, good caffeine boost. Mixes very good. Good amount if you do serving size with scoop. Easy to use, I would suggest also purchasing a small funnel for getting powder in water bottle. Dissolved good with a few shakes.

Most of the figures in the science-based fitness community agree that the vast majority of ingredients in preworkout powders don't really do anything. Except for caffeine. This is essentially BCAAs + caffeine. Looking at typical preworkout ingredients: Caffeine - proven to have various benefits Creatine - same as above, but usually supplemented separately. Citrulline malate - was initially promising, new research shows it doesn't do much of anything. Beta alanine - *could* help in really high rep sets, but should be taken daily like creatine, and at doses much higher than in any brand of preworkout (i.e. useless at typical PWO powder doses). The only reason you find this in PWOs is because of the "tingly skin" sensation before you build a tolerance. BCAA - there is no benefit to taking BCAA over taking a scoop of whey protein. Your typical whey protein already contains the same if not more BCAAs per serving. By the way, BCAAs has calories too, but are not counted on the nutritional label. Literally everything else - no supporting studies and/or useless. As for the product itself, I think it tastes good and mixes well. It has a decent amount of caffeine and is easy to control the amount with the small scoop. I don't think the BCAAs are useful since I have a whey shake before workout anyway. Basically, I think this is a good alternative if you want a preworkout powder that doesn't contain the useless ingredients and is essentially caffeine + BCAAs only. If you want a cheaper option, go to CVS and buy their 200mg caffeine pills for a fraction of the price.
