How do you remove the pins from the link, to shorten the wrist band? It looks like you may need a tool kit, but where to get the kit?

You don't need to remove any pins. The watch band has 2 links in the middle that open up. You just need to remove one of them to shorten it.

Will this watch fit a big wrist

The watch is a little snug for my wrist (usually size 7 1/2) but I called the service center at 718-482-4195 and they are sending me 3 extenders at no cost.

for a batter change , please bring it to any jeweler or Dept.Stores such as Wall-Mart Or Sears.
