These taste really good! Be aware they are sweet like candy. I had previously taken the capsules but found it so much easier to chew a gummy. There is pretty much no smell to turn you off before you take it. After taking them for over a month, I believe that they have curbed my hair fall out, so I will purchase them again. Taking two a day, I find them a little costly.

Prior to using this product, my hair was coming out in clumps in the shower. 60 days later, I noticed a remarkable difference. I’m in my 50’s, not sure if the hair loss was attributed to menopause, but it worked for me. Barely any hair loss after two months of use. Give ur time to work. I’ve been using it now for three years. Tastes great too!
