I won't labour the potential health benefits of taking a collagen supplement ... As you have already come this far you may well already be aware of them, or else they are listed in sufficient detail on the product page. So, I will comment specifically on this particular branded product. However, please also be mindful that some people can experience adverse effects to taking collagen supplements. I will comment more on this later. The good bits: + This is a good quality product with decent credentials. + Perfectly serviceable packaging that is effective without being excessive. + Easy to swallow capsules. The less good bits: - It is not readily apparent from the product page that the recommended daily dosage for this product is three capsules. Therefore, this pack of 90 capsules only equates to 30 days supply. - Cost per daily dose is high. At currently advertised price it would equate to a daily cost of 66p. From similar collagen supplements I have seen I would expect a daily cost closer to 20p. Potential for adverse effects: Some people can have an allergic reaction to marine collagen supplements. Others, who although not allergic, can have difficulty digesting it and / or suffer constipation as a result. In summary: This is certainly at the costlier end of the scale. It will be up to each individual to decide whether this particular product has sufficient unique advantages over its competition to warrant the higher price. I hope you find these insights helpful.

French supplement. The idea is that you take 3 a day with a meal. Each capsule contains 300mg of collagen.. This also contains other ingredients which I've shown in my picture, including vitamin C. These are medium sized tablets and easy to swallow. I didnt have any negative side effects when taking these. I've been using collagen tablets for years, and I always notice a distinct difference in my skin when doing so. Another benefit I always find is that it helps with constipation, as collagen goes throughout the body, not just the skin. Everyone is different so please consider this before taking tablets and consult your doctor if necessary. I recommend. Good value for money and amount of tablets for the price.

The Pure Marine Collagen capsules you take 3 daily, the capsules aren’t the smallest but they are easy to swallow, they don’t have a taste to them. 30 days supply in the bottle so I can’t say that I see a result as yet, but will update if I don’t see any results

I've been taking these for a few weeks now after feeling and seeing the benefits of collagen supplements. These have continued with those benefits. I have found them easy to take with no reflux or repeating on me. They are tasteless and odourless when swallowing. They're a reasonable size that makes swallowing easy. A continued 'side effect' I have experienced with collagen supplements which has continued with these is faster hair growth. That includes facial and body hair. For me it is a side effect as I don't want a beard or longer hair. But it isn't a problem, I just shave more and get my wife to cut my hair. That said, I have noticed my hairs condition to be massively improved since taking collagen supps. Which is a nice side effect as I take them primarily for my joints and bones essentially. I have experienced no negative side effects since taking these.
