Gift for my brother just because. He thought it was great.

My 4 year old picked it out for my 1 year old and they both loved it.. Its made for an adult length wise but they are okay using it as a toy.

This would be best for a smaller child. My 10 year old had a hard time fitting it over her head. She is very tall for her age, so more like a 12 year old. It would fit more like a 5 year old size.

My 3 year old barely fits this size, but he loves it.
