I love the size of this one. I had a regular yoga mat and it just wasn’t enough for me. I feel like I have more room to maneuver when doing my Peloton App strength, stretching, and yoga workouts. It also allows my husband to do a weight workout with me—we can both be down on Kees or backs with plenty of room. Sometimes the dog even joins us! Its wider and longer than two yoga mats. It’s just the right amount of softness without being too unstable, especially since I use it on a concrete floor in the basement. The yoga towel is a nice bonus—Keeps it cleaner and drier. It comes with a bag/case, too, if you have to roll it up and put it away, but I leave it out.

Maybe my all time favorite amazon purchase. I got this after maybe 8 months of doing yoga and Pilates at home on an old crappy individual yoga mat I’ve had for 10yrs. I had this large mat in my cart for weeks before pressing purchase. It is the absolute best thing ever for at home workouts. It is so squishy and soft and I can do moves with pressure on my knees without pain. It rolls up easily. It is phenomenal. And best of all it is so big!!!!!! I can do all kinds of things without having to readjust to get back on the mat. I highly recommend it.

The size is great especially for bigger less flexible folk. The mat itself....it off gases which isn't pleasant, but clears up after 2 or so days. Not like normal yoga mats, mine was slicker and more like memory foam, (less dense) in that when it is compressed it stays that way for a few moments before rebounding (less dense = not as good for bigger folk). I did buy a "like new". Which was not very accurate in that the carrying case had a massive tear in the bottom litterally shipped to me "repaired" with packing tape... definitely not overly pleased, but beats killing my knees and feet on a hard floor.

Small pieces stared coming of this mat in 2 weeks with minimal use so returned this product.

I like the mat's cushion and comfort.. its actually very good with comfort But I slip EVERY time I try downward dog. My hands never stay still... Constantly sliding. I thought is "premium mat" would be less slippery. My hugger mugger mat didnt have me sliding like this... Its hot in Arizona so maybe my hands are more sweaty.. But I doubt it.This mat has very poor grip. Even after washing hands and doing all those typical tricks from google. Maybe breaking it in more will help but I doubt it.

This is by-far one of the best things I bought for myself. Before I purchased this mat I was putting two regular size mats together. Needless to say that didn’t work out. I purchased the 7x5x8mm mat and what a dream. I use it to do restorative poses with bolsters, yoga, floor flexibility/strength exercises and meditation. There is plenty of room on this mat to accommodate me. The mat is placed over carpet and moves a little during my routines. However it does not interfere with anything I’m doing. The mat is well made easy to clean and durable.

The media could not be loaded.  Excellent quality mat, especially for its size. As you can see in the video, the shock absorbancy is similar to memory foam, but of course much more firm. Stays in place on vinyl floor planks. Exactly what I was looking for. Will be using for calisthenics and stretching.

This is a LARGE mat and I love that I can move around with the moves as I exercise without having to move the mat. It's thick enough to pad my feet at I workout only in bare feet. IT'S a BEAUTIFUL PINK!!
