How often do you use it

I only use it once a week..I leave it on for about 10 minutes and rinse..I have fine damaged hair and it does help my hair..

My hair is curly and frizzy now that it’s heat damaged, will this help relax it?

It definitely helped with the frizz. I don’t know how much I’d say relaxed but definitely calmer and moisturized.

Dirctions say to shampoo, patt dry, put mask on and leave in hair for 5 to 10 mins with a towel on it. Instead can i just use a clip in my hair?

I left my mask on for 20 mins the 1st time and the 2nd time I left it for 60 mins. I just clipped my hair up and put a shower cap on , so I would not get wet while I did chores around the house
