This would be heat mixed into a smoothie or dessert batter to add a black raspberry flavor without adding more moisture or liquid.My only concern is that the price is very high for such a small amount of black raspberry powder. Each serving is 2g and the container contains 45 servings - so a month and a half worth of daily use. It’s more expensive than frozen fruit, but is more versatile for baking.
