bonitos poco resistentes
Los cuchillos son muy bonitos, pero poco resistentes, no tienen buen filo, los afile con mis piedras pero aun así, nada. cuando logre tener filo, no duro mucho la hoja afilada, soy profesional de la cocina, y compre estos cuchillos para un evento, pues necesitaba algo que se viera bien, pero solo me duraron eso, el evento, regresaron a su caja y nada mas.

Great ergonomics and extremely sharp has perfect flex for carving
I bought this for carving roasts and it is amazing. I thought the shadow black series was a cheaper option then the shogun but I cannot ask for a better carving knife. Even the ergonomics when holding as a chefs knife feels great. Had just enough flex to work around bones and ridged enough to cut fruits and veggies. I already ordered the gladiator chef knife and a shogun pairing knife to compare. Hope those are as good as the ahadow black

I gave this to my son and he loved the look - said it was Star Wars...I cannot comment on the handle or the balance of the knives as I have not used them, but my son was impressed and that is what counts.
