MTD 791-682039 Fuel Line Assembly

I needed this for a Ryobi 700r string trimmer. You have to feed the nylon tubing through the tank and pull REAL hard to get the graduated levels to seat. Its almost feels like the whole assembly is going to rip apart. And I am still surprised it didn't After it seats, a small washer retainer is place on the line at the bottom of the tank to keep it together. There is an excellent You Tube video showing the process and I recommend watching it if you are unfamiliar with the process. (I was) Whatever engineer designed this tank and filter at Ryobi has gotta be into S&M. I was happy with the MTD part and recommend it and glad I was able to get one.PS - The carb and fuel screen on the Ryobi needs cleaned as well. Somehow debris gets in there and causes problems with starting and in some cases, fuel sprays out of the diaphragm. I "Googled" Ryobi 700r trimmer and found several stories similar to mine so don't be surprised if this happens to you. I just ordered the gasket and diaphragm kit (@$11.00) and am awaiting it's arrival before I can use my trimmer.

This fuel line was the correct part for my cub cadet trimmer. It does not leak fuel. The difficulty is in the installation. It can be very difficult. This is the fault of the trimmer manufacturer. It will help to watch a yt video for your brand before you start.

Fit perfectly on my old ryobi 410r.

Didn't take a pic but fit just fine. It was super tight and I think it would have fit with enough coaxing but I ended up using a different tube with slightly thinner walls. That being said I think it is oem, I just didn't have the right tools and couldn't get enough force :/The filter itself seems impeccable and the weedeater runs perfect now.

Exact oem part for my old Ryan trimmer. It's a little tricky to install, tape a string to the old one before you pull it out. Then use the string to pull the new one in.

I have the ryobi 320bvr blower. This fuel line assembly barely reached from the gas tank to the carburetor. Would have liked for it to be a little longer tube, but it did do the job, therefore giving it 5 stars.
