Flame is really high and i have ajustment screw on thr lowest setting. How to i fix it?

I have experienced this ...only when the butane is low ...fill lighter and try again

It shouldn't unless it's open and didn't ignite properly. Also possible you have it turned up too high adjust the dial on the bottom.

Before you can fill a butane lighter you will need to take a small poker like toothpick size and push down on the filler hole. You should hear air escape. Fill a bit and push down on the filler hole again and then fill it again with the butane. It might take a few of those to fill it. When the flame gets really tall it's empty so you're not getting much butane in.

How do I fill the lighter with butane? There are two holes on the bottom of the lighter....which is the one you fill and how?

Looking at the front of the lighter..tilt foreward and look at the bottom of the lighter..it's the hole on the left..if you have 2 holes, the center hole is for a small screw which is probably missing..looking at the bottom of the lighter, stick the butane can nozzle into the left hole and push straight down..as the lighter fills you will feel the sides of the lighter get cold..if you like this lighter, I strongly suggest that you purchase KUBOY FLINTS from Amazon...if you still have trouble..go to a local tobacco outlet for help.
