- FLAVOR PROFILES | Our Artist Blend is a perfect everyday coffee. It combines two slightly different roast levels, maximizing depth, body and chocolaty goodness in the cup. Our French Roast balances the clean, sweet flavors of Central America with the heavy, earthy flavors of Indonesia. It's roasted just dark enough for some bittersweet smokey flavors in the cup. Smooth and full bodied, it provides an experience to savor!
- COMMITMENT TO FRESHNESS | Our bags have a resealable zipper and a one-way degassing valve to maximize freshness. Each bag also features a "Roasted to Perfection On" date so you know exactly when your coffee was roasted (expiration is 6 months after roast date).
- COMMITMENT TO STEWARDSHIP | The Honduras and Sumatra coffees that make up the Artist Blend and French Roast are 100% Organic and Fair Trade certified. Just as importantly, our 12oz bags are biodegradable and can be composted - going back into the ground from where the coffee came.
- COMMITMENT TO QUALITY | Our grower partners work hard to ensure a quality crop is carefully harvested and sent our way. We work hard by sample roasting & cupping a variety of coffees, choosing only the beans that rise above the rest. From there, we dial in and monitor the roast profile, making sure each blend hits the flavor marks we're aiming for. We hand roast in small batches to ensure consistency and quality. We chart, graph, cup, taste, tweak, roast & cup again to make sure each bean that gets packaged is the best we have to offer... crafted for you to enjoy.
