My other cats opinion
I personally once again like this collar. My other cat does not like this collar but was quickly adjusted to getting used to the big bow in the face lol. This collar absolutely does not come off and for your cats safety I'd only use this on special occasions instead of everyday unsupervised use.

Perfect size, great quality!
So happy with this! I was worried the bow would be too big but it's just the right size for my cat, Muffin. It is a little more snug than others she's had in the past but not uncomfortable for her; if your cat is extra fluffy or heavier than average, I would consider sizing up. Really good quality, she looks too cute!
