HRV is a new method for assessing the effects of stress on body. It's measured as the time gap between heart beats that varies as breathe in and out. In general, a high HRV indicates dominance of the parasympathetic response, the side of the autonomic nervous system that promotes relaxation, digestion, sleep, and recovery. The parasympathetic system is also known as the "feed and breed"or "rest and diges" system. A low HRV indicates dominance of the sympathetic response, the fight or flight side of the nervous system associated with stress, over training, and inflammation. That¡¯s why more and more people has been using HRV for decades to track the health and recovery of their patients, and it's why HRV is a predictive indicator of overall heart health, risk of heart attack, and other cardiac events. Having trouble deciding
I have had this for almost 2 weeks and I am still not sure if I like it or not. I had a hard time figuring things out and I am still not sure about the sleep feature. My friend with a fitbit gets much better sleep analyses. I still find myself having a hard time remembering what I have to do for each item I want to check. The little faces as an explanation of good or bad on the health check don't really tell me much and the explanations give no worthwhile info. I hate that you only get 24 hour time mode, I don;t want to have to calculate the time when I look I want to take a quick look. The watch is comfortable and looks OK. I have not tried out the waterproof claim yet. I guess it would depend on what you are looking for. The charge does seem to hold for a very long time which is nice and convient. I also wish distance had a miles setting. All in all I can jest say it is OK.

useful monitor but wrist bands break at watch connection.
This is a neat gadget but the wrist band breaks easily and I have gone through 3 of them and lost whole thing once because the strap broke at watch connection. Luckily it was returned to me but I cant even wear it now as I have not more wrist bands. Can the company send me a few more wrist bands?

Makes Fitness Fun!
I was very happy to be given the opportunity to review this watch/fitness tracker, received at a low or no cost in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. I have now been using the tracker for several days now, enough time to get accustomed to its features and it's quirks. This is what I've found...As opposed to the name brand electronic watch which has the typical square watch shape, this is more of the elongated Fitbit style. It comes with three bands of fairly substantial silicone in black, dark pink, and turquoise, so not likely to break or tear with routine use. I was happy to see that these bands are very easy to change, each side slides into a slot built into each side of the tracker unit. Additionally, it comes with a handy clip so this tracker can be worn at the waist band or looked into a pocket. The "face" of the tracker portion has a black viewing screen, and a silver button to control the functions. This button also has the company's logo on it, a cute little guy with a half-smile.. I'm a kid at heart and this little guy makes ME smile. The tracker is about 1/2" in depth so doesn't sit flush against the skin, but I wouldn't expect it to, after all, it has quite a few functions so must have some significant gadgetry inside. As opposed to other trackers that have to be removed from the band for charging, this has a unique clip attached to it's charge cable. Simply clip this onto the tracker, matching the holes on the back, and plug into power. I began with a full charge, and after 10 days of continuous use, I'm only down one bar out of 4, down in power 25%. That's impressive! What about those functions? This device keeps time, can track and record heart rate, steps, sleep, and even includes breathing exercises. It works in conjunction with the iHeHa app which is easy to download. Simply pair the device to your host, in my case my iPhone, and the time is automatically set and your tracker is ready to go! An interesting function that I forgot to mention, in set-up, enter your gender, height and weight, and after assessing your heart rate three times (takes a couple of minutes each), and doing the breathing exercises, this thing will provide your Health Index, which is calculated based on biological age, restoration (from sleep records?), stress level, "balance" (don't know what this is), and BPM (beats per minute, your heart rate). In addition to this rather lengthy heart rate assessment, simply by pressing the silver button twice, until you see the little heart, then keep your finger on the button, you'll have your heart rate in mere seconds. My favorite feature is the sleep monitor. With our hectic modern society, sleep is one of the most important and neglected ways to stay healthy and well. Using the app on your host device (my iPhone), I can set my wake-up alarms. To set the sleep mode for monitoring, just press and hold the button until you get a sleep icon and a buzz, and it's set. The alarm "rings" with 5 short buzzes/vibrations to the wrist, so unlikely to wake your partner. Long press the button when you wake up. For viewing the quality of sleep, pull up the app again on your phone, sync the devices, and you'll see the time your total sleep time, your quality sleep time, and how many movements you made during the night. This data is then graphed and can be pulled up by week, month, or past 3 months with averages. So what are the "negatives" of this fitness tracker? Having worn this daily for more than a week, I'm finding that I'm liking this more and more. The one glitch I've found is that after sleep, when trying to pull up the sleep quality numbers, the little banner on the app instructs the user to press the button on the tracker to sync (also, naturally, required to load other data, such as steps, calories burned, etc.). I found the syncing process to be slow, sometimes taking 2-3 minutes for the tracker and my phone to communicate with each other. This was a minor nuisance, though. Additionally, for some crazy reason, on the app, the designers chose to put white lettering on a very light background so some of the numbers are extremely difficult to read. Hey designers!! A very simple fix, how 'bout a nice, dark blue background, would make this app SO much better!! Finally, in wearing this watch, due to the length of the tracker unit and my very small wrist, it simply looks too large for me, but again, I don't mind. I'm wearing this a bit loose, as a bracelet, which is more comfortable for me, and I forget I'm wearing it. If you have a normal sized wrist, this probably isn't a problem. I would imagine, though, that this might fit very large on kids and most teens. In summary, I find the "pros" of this tracker far outweigh the minor "cons". I love it! If our found the information in this review to be of value, please click "helpful". Thanks!!

Love this Fitness Tracker Sleep Bracelet!
This is a really nice Fitness Tracker Sleep Bracelet by HeHa. This fitness tracker is good quality. I've had it for about 10 days now and I really like it. It is easy to get started with and easy use. You need to download the HeHa App so you can keep track of all your statistics. I paired my Samsung Galaxy S4 cell phone with the bracelet without any issues. This fitness tracker bracelet has a lot of functions. There is a step counter, calorie counter, a heart rate monitor, a sleep performance monitor, an alarm clock and of course it has the time just like a regular watch. You can check your heart rate. There is also a 2 minute health check that you can do. It includes restoration, stress, biological age, and balance. I really like the sleep performance monitor because I have sleep problems and I can see how long I sleep and how much I move around. The bracelet is lightweight, waterproof, and comfortable to wear. It comes with 2 extra bands and they are easy to change. They slide right off and back on. I like that there is a black band, a pink band, and a blue band so I can match them with my clothes. I charged it overnight when I first got it and it is still almost fully charged. I love that it can last 30 days between charges. I am really happy with this fitness tracker bracelet. If you are looking for an affordable fitness bracelet then I definitely recommend this one by HeHa.I received this product at a discount for my honest and unbiased review. All opinions are based on my own experiences.
