Softlips Lip Protectant SPF 20, Vanilla, 2 count (Pack of 6)

This product is great - it's been my lip balm of choice for years & will remain so. The single star is for this listing, which at the time of purchase (& still now as I'm returning the product) explicitly lists a 6 pack of 2pks. For the price, that makes sense. However, I only received a single two-pack in my shipment.

Do not order this product thinking you will get 6 packs with 2 tubes each, for a total of 12 tubes!!! I know the price & description seems like that you would but YOU WILL NOT!!!! There are other sellers with cheaper prices that you actually get 12 tubes. I think I will send them back & order where I can pay less & get more!!! BTW.....I love this product & have been using it for years!!!

I randomly decided to buy this at a Walgreens one day (at about $4 a tube, this deal on Amazon is a BARGAIN!) and instantly fell in love. My lips are soooo soft when I use this and it has SPF too, which is a great bonus. I tried the other flavors from soft lips (Strawberry, and a holiday flavor) and they really don't work as well as vanilla to make your lips baby soft. They also seem to plump them out a tiny bit but maybe that's just me. Be careful though because this tube is tiny and skinny, like the size of a cigarette (and can be mistaken for one from far away, speaking from experience here) so you will find that you lose them a lot if you're not careful where you place it. I don't think I have ever finished a tube before losing it lol.

I have used this for years and will continue to use this product. What I like most is that it feels light on the lips, does not feel like you just melted candle wax and smeared it on your lips. It also stays on the lips a few hour without having to reapply. The container easily fits in your pocket, I have had this in my pocket in 80 degree weather and it did not melt. Just be careful to read the label to make sure you are buying the ones that contain the spf. I have been attaching a 2 pack to my adult children's Christmas gift for years every year they count on it for harsh winter days.

I love Softlips! I've tried many other lip balms, none of which have worked very well or irritated my skin, but I was so happy when I discovered Softlips. The 6 2-packs last me an entire year (assuming I don't lose them left and right) and I apply it many times a day so I'm not really sure why so many people seem to have an issue with running out after 30 seconds.As for this set itself, props to the Amazon team. Last year I ordered the 6 2-packs with no problems. This year, I reordered but there was only 1 2-pack included in the box. Chatted with someone from customer service who assured me that I would have the missing 2-packs in two days. Instead, I got it in only one day, and they didn't just send the missing 5 2-packs, they sent an entire 6 pack replacement so I basically got a 2-pack free. I'm very happy.
