It is a very good tasting Salt and good for you!It was very good but I always ate Kosher Salt and it tasted stronger than I am used to.

Great finishing salt
Awesome for sprinkling a little of the flakes on your salad, when I’ve made chocolate haystacks at Christmas, the best, and other cooked dishes. Now sadly I have to monitor my sodium intake. It was awesome while it lasted. Love these flakes…especially on baked goods with chocolate or salads!

Great salt, but clumped
Well the salt is great, buy apparently the packaging doesn't keep moisture out. Mine is all clumped together, which is not really ideal for finishing salt that you're trying to lightly sprinkle on your food. It even sticks to my fingers. I'll try a different brand with different packaging.
