Super easy to install of course one of the things would have been nicer is to have them in set in the handlebars a little bit more for me the way I have them installed they're more comfortable and they work better for me. I'm going to be adding handlebar tape to them as I do rest my hands on the bar ends more than on the grips.This is the most simplest installation that yellow find on your bike and at the end of the day these are pretty robust bar ends.

Needed to add alternate grip position to my flat handlebar bike for longer trips as my palms were going numb. Put them on the inside for aerodynamic reasons and so far they do exactly what I was hoping for. May wrap them up.

After issues with my last bar ends I got these. They are a little old school but so is my riding style. Allows good hand position allowing for better power when climbing.

It fits my gravel bike perfectly, a great addition that will help relieve the pain in my hands after a long biking trip.I wrapped it with an electric tap for a better feeling on the grip.I recommend this product.
