Not as advertised.
After having this phone for over a year I've found four things that's vexing. #1. The advertisement says it's a 128g storage but it's actually 32gs. #2, When you insert an SD card the phone doesn't recognize the card so you can't get additional storage #3. #4. You can put 2 SIM cards in it but you have to eject the tray and switch positions of the cards to get the one of your choice to function. The phone does not automatically switch or give you the option to chose from the screen which SIM you want to use. I have had cheaper phones that give you that option from the screen. The side button used to power the phone up allowing you to use it or reboot etc. That button quit a few months after purchase so you have to go into settings and mess around until you find the function to double tap on the screen to activate the phone but you still can't reboot as you want. I don't know if other users have found these issues but these are the ones I have found with my A12. Overall it's still a good phone

No issues so far.
Pros: It's a cost-effective no frills smartphone that works with my carrier. Battery life is the best of any smart phone I've owned.Cons: A lot of the stock software is poorly written bloatware (I'm looking at YOU, youtube music)Delete that crap, get some better apps and and you'll be fine.This phone doesn't have a lot of onboard storage so choose wisely and grab an SD card for your pictures, music, etc.

Worst Phone IMO
So I had to get this phone due to my last one dying, this one had AMAZING reviews and stats so I ordered it.It was great in the beginning, camera wasnt all as great as it claimed to be, but then suddenly my screen would turn off and never come back on.Digging I found that these phones are known to have issues where the internal hardware for the screen is buggy and you literally have to massage your phone to get it working again, it got annoying taking it out of it's case just to massage it every time it bumped on anythingIt's been a lil over a year since I've had the phone and the issue has gotten way way worse. To the poibt where not even that helps anymore, it now affects the fingerprint sensor and overall the phone is very very buggy due to the screen issueI figured giving it a full year test run would be fair to the phone so I knew how to handle quirks and stuff when it came time to review so I could be helpful and still praise up the phoneBut I simply HAVE NO praise for this phone, anything that is appraisable is just because it's simply an android feature, the phone isn't that special and the camera is only half good, you can get phones cheaper with better quality and without the hardwiring issuesBest to just simply avoid buying this phone and buy something else imo

I got this for my brother so far it work very well no problem

Worked for a couple months and then started messing up
It worked for a couple months and then started losing all signal,not much memory and tried multiple SD cards and it wouldn't move most of my stuff to it or it would and then it would disappear. Camera rarely worked. I got a new S24 fe and it works much better with lots of more space

It was time to upgrade my phone since the screen was broken (was a A10e and loved it had it for a long time) and loving it so far!
