Good customer service
Good customer service- the seller contacted me about my defective scale and corrected the problem. Will purchase from this seller in the future.Previous Review:Buttons do not work well. When I want to "tare" or change to anything but grams the scale will only register weight and not the fact that I am touching a button. This is extremely frustrating. The scale is also sitting on four "feet" and when you push one of the buttons, the scale leans forward and the back pops up. It does say they are constantly improving but as of Aug 2016, I am not satisfied. On the other hand.. The scale is very sensitive and accurate. It is also convenient to have it hang as opposed to taking up counter space.

Great cost-effective scale
Accurate and great, compact size. We love the opening in the corner for hanging, if desired. The buttons require little force to use, but the feet on the underside of scale are not all the way in the corners so if you press the buttons too hard, some minor rocking does occur.We have enjoyed this purchase and use it often!

Design flaw for a kitchen scale, no spill/water protection.
Not spill protection. For a kitchen scale is missing a very important feature...liquid/spill protection. It needed just 2 drops of water to drop from my wet hands and in no timethey infiltrate under the screen frame and render the screen unusable. It dried after 2 days and is working again. Not recommended.

Don't bother
Every time I buy a digital food scale (for weight watchers) they always NEVER WORK RIGHT or are not calibrated correctly and it's near impossible to do or they just stop working!!
