Packing does not prevent product from arriving broken
Ordered twice and returned twice because the product was broken both times upon arrival.

Stylish, works well, hasn't broken yet!
We've had this for about a year, and it has worked well and looks nice on the kitchen counter. Take care to hold the nozzle/stopper with a finger when you pour, lest it fall out and break (and make a mess). Holding that nozzle is required by design, and once you get used to it is very easy and obvious. The nice thing about this design is that it never leaks any oil onto the outside of the bottle, even when you have to unstopper it to refill the oil. You can't say that about any other oil decanter.
