Bach Original Flower Remedies, Rescue Natural Sleep Aid Spray, 0.245fl.oz (7ml)

I like this product, it sends me off fairly quickly but does not keep me asleep. I'm not afraid to use it when ever I need it even if I won't get a full night sleep or if I wake up in the night. It does not seem to make groggy the next day. I do use three sprays though instead of the recommended two.

Not sure how the spray form works but it did dry my mouth out. If it does the same to you, perhaps you can spray it in quater cup water and then drink it up. I use the mini gel pills and they work GREAT.

I got this product last week after a friend who knows I have insomnia which stems from my mind constantly being on - recommended it to me. My firiend swore by it and said that Dr. Oz had endorsed it in a men's magazine he read. I am still trying to feel it out but the first night I used it I am not sure that I drifted into the kind of sleep I get when I use ZZQuil and I am pretty sure that I had a weird headache when I got up. Maybe I was expecting too much. I do intend to keep testing it out a few times a week to compare how I feel versus other sleep aids I use. I will update the review when I have more to add.

Natural product that does not interfere with health. It takes the edge off insomnia for me, but does not put or keep me asleep, but it helps.

I've used Rescue Sleep for a few years. It works & doesn't leave you groggy in the morning. Also, non habit forming.
