The only canola I'll use
Absolutely love this oil and the fact that it's expeller-pressed. The value for the money can't be beat. Using this oil makes me feel better about cooking with oil. It also has a higher smoke point than olive oil, so you can cook with it at higher temperatures. Highly recommend!

Avo is the only canola oil I use, because it’s organic. While I seldom fry food, except for occasional fish and chips (maybe twice a year), I always keep Avo around for when I do.
