Yes they are. Box is very detailed with licensing agreement with car brands for the cars inside the box.

If I order more than one set will they each be different?

i ordered one set and my child was happy. after a month, I decided to order two more sets. When two new sets arrived, they had exactly the same cars, and four out of nine cars were the same as in the very first set I bought.No, they are not going to be much different.
