The first time I order from this company they referred that the item was delivered by a currier that don’t exist in England, they refund the money.I thought that the item is nice I should give another try, the second order to my surprise the item is really nice but it’s missing a piece from the lid.I’m really disappointed and annoyed.

Excellent product. No faults. The base never overheats, so the burner can be placed anywhere. Nice design and fit for purpose. Highly recommended.

I order these beautiful looking oud burners ,as a eid gift for my work colleagues .My excitement turned to disappointment when I unpacked my packages. I was horrified and disgusted at the state they were delivered to my home.Missing pieces and damaged goods ,now I am left without without eid gift !

There is a missing piece and the lid cannot he used without it. Unacceptable!

The media could not be loaded.  The product slightly damaged and missing part .I was looking forward to get but was disappointed. I ordered 2 .and the other one was fine 🙂. I had to write review .
